HWLT_FZE ("HWLT", "We", "Us", or "Our") provides shipping services for the ERA wallet to customers worldwide, subject to applicable laws and regulations. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Delivery & Shipping Policy.

2. Shipping Regions & Restrictions

We ship to most countries; however, due to regulatory restrictions, we do not deliver to:

• Countries under trade embargoes or sanctions.
• PO boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
• Certain remote locations where logistics partners do not operate.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer standard shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 15–30 business days, depending on the destination. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local carrier delays, or other external factors beyond our control.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.

6. Customs & Import Fees

Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional local fees imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility. We do not cover or reimburse these charges.

7. Tracking & Delivery Issues

• A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or courier issues.
• If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

8. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

• If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, failure to collect, or customs refusal, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs and re-shipping fees.
• If a package is refused upon delivery, a refund may be issued minus shipping costs and any applicable return fees.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
• If an item is missing from your shipment, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
