Governing Law.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

Dispute Resolution.

If you are dissatisfied with our device or services, please contact our customer support team as a first step via support@hwlt.io.

For consumers, we strive to resolve disputes amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached through our support team, you may seek mediation or an alternative dispute resolution process. In the UAE, you can refer your complaint to the relevant consumer protection authority, such as the UAE Ministry of Economy’s Consumer Protection Department (https://www.moec.gov.ae/en/w/consumer-complaints-2).

Jurisdiction.

Unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise, any dispute, controversy, difference, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including its existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
